Content standards

Useful, original, and transparent exam-prep guidance.

Our public resources are designed to answer real student questions. This policy explains how we create them, what we verify, and how we handle corrections.

Who is responsible

The Askesis Editorial Team owns the planning, writing, and review of public guides, tools, and original practice sets. Every reviewed resource displays its most recent review date.

How resources are selected

We publish a page only when it has a clear learning purpose: explaining an exam format, teaching a repeatable study method, offering limited original practice, or helping a student make a concrete plan. We do not mass-generate near-duplicate pages to target search phrases.

Sources and verification

Time limits, section structures, scoring ranges, policies, and other factual exam details are checked against the relevant official testing organization. Important resources link directly to those official sources so readers can verify current test-day information.

Practice-content ownership

Public Askesis practice questions are original unless a source is clearly identified and its use is permitted. We do not publish secure, leaked, scraped, or copyrighted test questions. Askesis is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by College Board, ACT, ETS, GMAC, New York City Public Schools, or the New York State Education Department.

Updates and corrections

We review public resources when official exam policies change and periodically for clarity, broken links, and factual accuracy. To report a possible error, email contact@askesisprep.com with the page URL and the specific statement in question.
