Build a realistic SAT study framework.

Choose the time you have, the hours you can sustain, and the area that needs attention. You’ll get a simple weekly framework you can adjust as your results change.

Plan for consistency, not perfection.

This planner creates a starting framework—not a fixed prescription. Revisit it after each full practice test, and trade broad review for focused work as your weaker skills become clearer.

Your 8-week framework

  1. Schedule 4 focused sessions each week, totaling about 5 hours.
  2. Use 2 weekly sessions for balanced math and reading & writing.
  3. Reserve one session for mixed, timed questions and pacing practice.
  4. Take a full practice test around week 4 and another during the final two weeks.
  5. Review every missed or guessed question before choosing the next week’s priorities.

How to use your plan

  1. Put each session on your calendar before the week begins.
  2. Use focused sessions for one skill at a time and finish with a short review.
  3. Track missed and guessed questions, not only your raw score.
  4. Adjust the following week based on evidence from your practice.

The planner runs entirely in your browser and does not save or transmit your selections.
